Until arriving at the property you have to communicate with a company called Direct Booker. It takes them 2-3 days to respond. I asked a pre checkin question and they responded after I checked in. The other request was answered with a non-answer. The property should consider finding another partner. The property did not really have the room ready. Missing the book explaining all the details of the property, soap for the washer and rack for the cloths drying. Also, please remove the mop, bucket and cleaning supplies from the bathroom. It is ugly.
