Very nice hotel. Nice comfy beds. Good breakfast. Very nice indoor pool and huge hot tub. Had to wait over 10 minutes before someone came to front desk for check in. Other guests were lining up behind me. Staff member apologized and said he was helping someone with their luggage. It was 5 pm so a second person would have been nice.

We’ll be back!

The room worked great. Spacious and comfortable. Especially appreciated the good lighting in the sink area and lots of plugs. Breakfast was just standard, but nice to have. Only gripe: hot water in the Hot Water I used for tea still tastes like coffee water. Keeping containers and processes completely separate really makes a difference.

No hot water?

We have stay here often when visiting Moab. We like the fact that it is so close to so many shops. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is decent. The rooms are big and they all have a big refrigerator. This visit was over a weekend and it was very busy. Lots of young children, so it was a very loud stay with little kids running up and down the hallways until 11pm and the same at 7am. I get that kids are loud, but it has never been that loud before. We stayed 3 nights and after the first night there was no hot water. Apparently that was the case for the entire hotel. When I checked out I mentioned this, and just got a very weak "sorry" and that it was a bigger issue than they thought. No hot water for two days is a big deal. That will be our last time at this hotel.

The appliances were broken and unable to be repaired during our stay. No hot water and had to take cold showers. No compensation offered. I brought my family here before, but it’s not worth it to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. the room was spacious and comfortable, with kitchen facilities, a good continental breakfast, centrally located downtown. the best part was hiking all day at Arches and Canyonlands and coming back to the hot tub and pool. We considered doing an AirBnB, but after taxes and all their fees, AirBnB was much more expensive and I feel like we got much better deal at IHG.

The Double queen bunkbed room is fantastic and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and living room areas are great for a group of friends to hang out. Pool and Hot tub were nice.

It was ok. I was upset that every room is a pet friendly room. That's dumb. There should be a floor for that for people with allergies. Clean enough. Good location. Good value for the money very good breakfast
