The mattresses have week spots. Hole in the wall. Sink Faust was loose. Room needs lots of TLC. Outside stars are rusty and questionable how safe they are.

Great for an overnight

The location is great! The hotel is older, but they seem to be wanting to renovate. That being said, everything is dated, but clean. The fridge in the room rattled the whole night, so that was unpleasant. The bed was fine. If you’re staying for a short trip, it’s great. For a longer stay, it would be a bit of a challenge.

Basic place to be staying in a convenient area. The room was actually large and the conditions were OK but showing age. Wi-Fi did not work and the office staff did not follow up with attempting to fix that issue.

Our room was okay but not great. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues, no extra in room. Had a light bulb out in the bathroom. And the pillows were worn out. Carpet in room was so dirty it was nearly black. The room heated up nice (was there in late November)and the property was quite and in a great location. Bonus, they accept pets, which is why I picked it and probably why I ended up with a room with poor carpet condition. The location is the best characteristic of this hotel and it works perfectly fine for those that need a place to clean up, rest, and eat after an adventurous day in Moab.
