The staff - at every single position - were lovely. So friendly and kind. I will say, our first room (212) was supposed to have a queen pull-out, but it was not a queen. Luckily, we only stayed in the room one night. Our second room (214) needs a few repairs. However, the location, staff, and hot tub were WONDERFUL! Thank you, M.

I arrived late and I only used the room to sleep but It was a modern and clean room with confortable beds. I thin it was a good choice and Rhea hotel is small buy nice. It is a shame they don’t have any breakfast available only coffee or tea, not even cookies

Room was very comfortable and cute! It had everything we needed for our short stay! The bed was super comfortable and we appreciated having coffee in room. The only thing that could be improved is the pet facilities. There is a $50 pet fee and very limited pet facilities. The only pet area we saw was a small patch of turf in the parking lot. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to other travelers!

There were a lot of obstacles to being comfortable during our stay. Upon checkin, we noticed that our room smelled a little foul, like farts, and one of the bottles of water had been left for us had been opened and a drink taken from it. Upon bringing these things to staff’s attention, he was attentive and did what he could to remedy these problems (the room did smell better and he gave us different bottles of water. The bed and pillows were terribly uncomfortable. We had a really difficult time sleeping. We regularly go backpacking and also stay at hotels frequently, so this really stood out to us. We also noticed brown goopy stuff that seemed to be growing on the bottom quarter of the grout that glopped off into the shower when water was sprayed on it. The rest of the property seemed clean and well cared for, so I’m sure our experience was a one-off, but these things were really off-putting. I wouldn’t book with this chain again.
