Good budget option, but reason it is priced much lower than other properties. Not well kept , manufactured homes. Most of the home was clean and nice, but could use some deep cleaning.

Jacob's place was very comfortable. Plenty of towels, supplies and comfortable sleeping accomodations. Kitchen was missing a few things - sharper knives and a couple more pots. But the again I like to cook so
