The room is big and comfortable to sleep. A bit pricey but worth it. I booked the double queen bedroom however there is no full body mirror only bathroom mirror. Breakfast was good.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights while visiting Arches National Park. The room was clean and well maintained, breakfast was ok and good parking space. Location is great, 15 mins from Arches, 45 min from Canyonlands. Restaurants and downtown Moab are 5 min away. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing I would point out is that they only have one high chair available. With lots of families with infants of oming to visit, I would suggest to get a couple more.

We had to park a long ways from the main doors. The covered parking area, for unloading your luggage, was very busy. My husband carried it all in three trips. Not convenient even to use a luggage cart, as it was a gravel parking area with no sidewalks. Hard for seniors to navigate.

Property is pretty new and rooms modern. We stayed for two nights and our room was not cleaned the first night☹️ the “air freshener” in the lobby/breakfast area/hallways was way over powering and totally unnecessary.

Overall good experience. The breakfast was so so bit expected since no on site restaurant. Rooms were clean a bit of carpet staining but I would stay here again. Hotel is located just outside of town which is nice to be close but not in the midst of alll the tourists.

Nice hotel and our king bed room was clean and comfortable. It is further away from Moab's center than we thought so, you have to drive to restaurants and retail shops. Most of the parking is behind the hotel and you have to walk around the building to get back to the front door. Breakfast choices include a waffle maker. A small laundry room is available.

A/C was very niosy. Asked for another room and they said they would send maintenance to look at A/C. Next morning I told them it was still very noisy and they said they would take care of it. Never did ! So loud it would wake you up. First two days breakfast was very bad. Third day was much better.
