I wouldn’t stay here again

I can’t believe this place has good or decent reviews. Front desk ladies were friendly and nice, but our room was pretty run down. I have never left a bad review for a choice hotel. The carpet was sticky in places. The carpet was pulled up by the door. The 3rd floor hallway stunk, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was good and it’s convenient on/off interstate.

when we came to check in the staff person was not welcoming. she told my husband well you are probably a no show(we arrived at 5:30am) mind you we were exhausted from driving all night. she then gave us our room keys, and my husband was like which way is our room. just awful customer service. we also asked for late check out. but the cleaning people came to our room three times and just yanked on the door trying to get in. needless to say we wont stay there again. but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
