Room was clean. Staff was friendly. The only complaint bi jar is if you’re going to say that your rooms are sound proof then they actually need to be. Our room was close to the elevator and it was loud at times. Also the pillows were too soft for my liking. They didn’t really have any support but overall it was a nice stay.

Everything was perfect while my friends and I were staying here for South Alabama Comic Con. The staff was very nice to us and were completely unbothered with us coming to and from the hotel and the convention center in full costume

Very nice staff. I was a little disappointed with the condition of my bathrrom. Door chipped and scratched and shower fixtures not properly installed. The location was great and the hotel has good potential. Side note,I requested a quiet room and was put directly across fromthe elevators.

very pleasant hotel experience

They are renovating the lobby until January 2026, so there is a tiny mess related to that work, but overall, it is a very pleasant place to stay. happy Hour in the Skyview Lounge on the 17 th floor overlooking Mobile Bay adds to the fun.
