10/10 do not recommend. The front desk receptionist checked us in, in between twitches from whatever she was on, the elevator was broken, there weren’t enough towels in the room, (king suite), for 2 people, & there was one remote between the 2 TV’s in the room & it didn’t work for either of them. When asked, bc the TV in the bedroom of the suite was so loud we couldn’t even carry on a conversation & there was no way to turn it down or off, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders & told us that she didn’t know how to fix the TV’s, she would try to get in touch w someone that did, but basically we were out of luck & she left. After 30 minutes we told her we’d like a refund, she accused us of taking one of the remotes, (there were never 2 in the room & I had told her that when I called regarding the tv to begin with), basically unplugged the tv, & told us that’s all she could do. All the while, clearly on something & unable to fully put a sentence together. They are no refusing a refund bc they didn’t break any policies. 2 TV’s, neither works. A receptionist that is clearly geeked out. Broken elevator. No towels in the room. Being accused of stealing a remote you inquired about as soon as you got in the room but the receptionist is strung o it & doesn’t remember.
