The hotel was not like the pictures on the website. It was really dirty and old, mold all over the place, worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The smell was disgusting. We stayed there just because it was late at night and we needed to rest.

We had ordered this room ahead of time of our vacation and got approved. However, driving 7 hours to this Quality Inn and thinking we have a room available at around 10:30 pm we were not greeted by anyone. The attendant came around the corner of the office area and said if we had a room and we told her yes. She asked if it was from a third party and we said yes. We were then told there was no rooms available and they had overbooked her. We were then told that they tried to call and didn't have a phone number available. Well, no since we booked the reservation online with an email. NOT ONE person from anywhere sent an email once we got there and checked the email where the reservation was sent to. We then had to call around and find another place to stay at almost midnight that night after traveling all day. The service was unprofessional, and we will not be booking another stay with Quality Inn. I had to call from my personal phone and book another reservation while standing in your lobby. We ended up staying about 3 blocks away from your building and will most definitely be giving them a 5-star review. Do better or do not list your rooms on this website.

So, room was VERY worn out, smelled and in bathroom light fixture was just hanging by wires, bathroom shower was moldy and the molding wasn't at all in place, TV didn't work, and the list goes on. Have pictures. Went to front desk and the only option was to move to 4 th floor, but was told elevator was out of order.Couldnt do that due to knee replacement surgery. Cannot believe how disgusting this was. And Expedia has it on their list. Horrible.....

Worst motel room I’ve ever stayed in in my life! The place needs to be torn down. I have a longlist and pictures. Room stunk, was filthy, caulking coming out of the bathtub exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom, stains on the floor by the toilet Toilet roll holder broke.Floor had pieces broken out of it. Desk and tv table were warped and looked like they were going to fall apart any time. Lamps were rusty. Stain on the chair. Room right next to us looked like it was broken into. Garbage in the hallways. Ice machine didn’t work and probably a few more things I forgot.

Booked a King bed months ago, was told after a few puzzled look faces that it wasn’t available, how about a twin beds. Said it was OK. Got to room, one bed with pillow cases, the other bed had no pillow cases. Turn the tv on…no channels/cable. Went to office was promised someone would come looks at it. No one comes. I go take a shower later that night, no full size bath towel. Only wash cloths. Turn the key in the next morning told the lady at the desk all that happened and was told “I don’t know why they lie to y'all, haven’t had cable in some time and the owner puts no money into this place. I’ve stayed here last year…and this place has gone down substantially in the last year.

We travel a lot, and have stayed in amazing hotels and some pretty crappy places, but this was possibly the worst hotel experience I've ever had. On check in, when I gave my name, the girl at the desk couldn't be bothered to get off her personal phone call. She didn't ask for ID or Credit Card, just said there wasn't the King room I'd asked for available but we could have 2 doubles and gave me the room cards. This, despite the fact that there were only about 4 other cars in the parking lot. Going up stairs, you could see at least 4 rooms we passed had been stripped and not re-made. Our room was filthy and smelled awful. I picked up the lid to the ice bucket (which looked like someone had used as an ashtray) and a cockroach ran out from under it. Needless to say, we went straight to the desk and told her the room was unacceptable and she canceled our reservation without blinking and eye-still not hanging up her personal phone call. Since we'd booked through Expedia, we asked for something to signify that we hadn't stayed there and she insisted she couldn't give us anything as we were 'out of her system'. It took hours on the phone with Expedia, but we were able to get the stay refunded, as they weren't able to contact anyone at the hotel (I'm guessing she was too busy on her personal call to answer their call). Final words: I would not, under any circumstances, stay at this hotel. I would sleep in my car first! If I could give it a negative star rating I would.

The property was filthy and molded everywhere. The staff was cussing at another customer when we arrived. Our room was overwhelming with mold smell. Our bed had a marijuana blunt in the sheets, leading us to think the sheets weren’t changed!! There was green water/sludge coming out of lower level rooms. It was a miserable experience!

Not bad but could be better

Upon getting there the night staff lady didn't appear too friendly. She wasn't rude or anything, just not friendly. The key to the room didn't work so we returned to have it fix, it still didn't work so the night clerkobwd me to a new room. That room was musty smelling. I discovered that it has water on the floor leaking from the AC unit. I reported the issues to the morning clerk who was friendly and said she would have maintance check on it. Other than the leaking AC and musty smell the place was ok and did what I needed.

Well, I was in shock! The smell hit me as soon as the door opened. Then when I looked in I was afraid to go pass the door . It looked nothing, nothing like the pictures on the computer. You should go see for yourself! We DID NOT STAY! These pictures was false advertising.I don’t think we will be using this site again, and let people we know to BEWARE!,looks are DECEIVING!
