I was placed in three different rooms becuase things did not work in each one. They ended up putting me in a smokers room for which I paid to not be in. I had to go to another hotel.

First room we were given had not even been cleaned from previous guest the second room upon entering smelled like mold and the bed bases and furniture had mildew . The air conditioner leaked water all over the table and floor

Disappoint from Baton Rouge Louisiana

There were rats running around and the door to my room had on opening larger enough for a rat to come in. I did not stay there. I did my bike ride and went to Greyhound bus station and waited for my return bus back home to Baton Rouge.

Fair price for older property in historic area that is showing some wear. The bed was clean and comfortable. The other furnishings were quite worn. Walkable to cool entertainment options nearby. Breakfast was pretty much what you find in most two or three star hotels. What you give up in aesthetics you keep in your wallet AND can spend on the great restaurants a few blocks away .

We booked a king room. When we got to the property the man at the desk told us the elevators were not working and our king room was not available, I asked if we would get money back, he stated no. So we went to the room, initially the key was not working so we had to go back and reprogram the keys. The room was dirty, the blankets were stained, we were only offered two towels. I would have paid more for a better hotel!!!!!

The bathroom wasn’t cleaned when I took the room. It looked like it had a public hair and some urine on the toilet seat. My room didn’t have towels. I had to go down and ask for towels and I gave a complain about the toilet. The guy who worked up front was very nice but his problem solution was limited. He offered me bleach to clean it myself. I figured I might as well since it won’t get any cleaner by itself. The floors were sticky. The bed was made and clean. The parking was easy and plentiful. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Staff member was nice but that’s not enough for a good stay. A better solution would have been to offer me a new room. Knowing what I know now I would have paid an extra $40 and went elsewhere.

Loud, out of date, broken tile and dirty. Initially the room they gave us had the lights and tv on and bed unmade when we opened the door.. not sure if anyone was already in there.
