The house is in walking distance to University of South Alabama, botanical garden, golf course, and museum. My house are cozy and spacious. My place is good for business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. It is single family house with nice kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, high-speed internet. Fully furnished with beds, mattresses, tables, chairs, sofas, lights. It is private five bedrooms with three bathrooms. It has totally seven beds fully furnished with lots of rooms for fun.

Needs a little work

The house needed cleaning some. We had a group of 11 2 beds were not made and no linings. 4 towels for the whole group. Tv could find the remote. Microwave did not work. Stove wouldnt work till my husband fixed it. And seen some roaches. What are you going to do when you spend the money to stay there . You cant get another place. It needs some attention but would be a good place to stay
