- 1 bedroom with a doible bed, sleeps 2. Bathroom with shower and toilet.
- 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Bathroom fitted with a toilet and bath.

First floor:
- Large open plan kitchen/dining/living area.
- A second, smaller living room separated from the kitchen/dining area by a curtain. This living room is fitted with a sofa bed that sleeps 2.
- Bedroom with a double bed.
- WC with wash basin.
