I arived a little oast 9pm. I stood outside in a lobby area for about 15 min. No one showed up. Anither person staying at the hotel let me into the lobby. At the desk i waited another 10 min no one came to help, had no bell to ring. Ended up calling the phone number took over 10 rings finally someone came to help. The room was not clean. The couch had stains and cereal was all over my floor. My room which was wheelchair accessible shower was a complete nightmare. I am able to stand to shower but due to the seat on the tub i had almost no room to turn or scrub. The fridge door would not open completely due to it scraping the carpet. The fridge was also all rusted and dirty. The ice bucket has seen its better days in the 80s. The plastic bucket was all bent as if someone placed it un the microwave. The breakfast was horrible. They had a gallon of costco milk out for everyone to touuch and pour. All they had was cold cereal and an automatic pancake machine which made tiny 2 inch pancakes. I have pictures but was unable to upload.

The hotel, the room and the staff were all amazing. The area surrounding the hotel is a little sketchy but way worth it for the hotel amenities, comfort and friendlness of the staff especially for the price. I have stayed at a lot of hotels recently and this is by far my favorite

I stayed at Microtel Jan 12 and was disappointed with the service at the front desk. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, which made check-in uncomfortable. While the hotel itself was nice, the staff's attitude really affected my experience. I hope they can improve customer service in the future.

Not as nice as advertised

The hotel is described as being pet friendly but has a 2 day maximum on pets or service animals. The carpet in the room had what looked like blood stains on the floor.
