This ground floor apartment is frontline to the beach and is centrally located to all the amenities of Mojacar Playa. It is decorated and furnished to a high standard with ensuite to the master bedroom. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other a twin room. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite shower-room, the twin also benefits from a luxurious shower-room which is adjacent to this room. The kitchen is fitted with a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher and all necessary utensils. There is a large lounge/dining area, with English/Spanish TV, internet. There is a/c in all rooms, which in winter acts as inverter to provide heat.

There is an outside terrace area with table and chairs, sun loungers which then leads out on to the pool area. For winter use there are blinds, which then turns half the terrace area into a room for extra warmth on those windier days. Please note that there are no sun awnings, but half of the terrace is in the shade for those people that do not like sitting in the sun.

The apartment is centrally located to all the popular bars and restaurants, just a minutes walk from the front door, but still remains a very peaceful situation.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE POOL SIZE HAS BEEN REDUCED TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES OF OVERSIZE POOLS. The large pool is exactly the same, the small pool has been made smaller.
