did not have my reservation, did not provide two beds, or even a king as ordered. Room had only one bath towel, and no garbage bag. Carpet was encrusted with plaster and paint.
Tv did not work. I was told by phone pet fee was 15, was charged 30. Will never stay thier or recommend to others.Desk clerk did the best she could, however the overall experience was horrible.
I've been staying here any chance I get and it feels like a home away from home. The staff are very friendly and have gone above and beyond for me when I need anything accomodated. Highly recommend!
We tried checking in at check in time and no double beds were even an option. She gave us keys to the one she had. It was occupied and reeked of cigarettes. The manger said he would refund us cause we never even could check in or stay but never did
