Annonce attractive mensongĂšre

A notre arrivĂ©e, personne pour nous accueillir, la maison Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat de saletĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale, des toiles d'araignĂ©es sous tous les meubles, baignoire sale, draps dĂ©chirĂ©s, tĂȘte de lit cassĂ©e,... aspirateur inutilisable tellement sale...Sans parler de la piscine qui Ă©tait dans un Ă©tat noirĂątre, pleine d'algues (non nettoyĂ©e) et surtout non praticable, au prix oĂč nous avons payĂ©, c'est vraiment honteux. Le propriĂ©taire qui n'est pas sur place, fait venir ses amis sans mĂȘme nous prĂ©venir et rentraient dans la propretĂ© comme dans un moulin... bref cela a Ă©tĂ© les pires vacances que nous avons passĂ©es. LOCATION À EVITER ABSOLUMENT ET À BANNIR

Superbe maison

Super séjour, la maison est trÚs agréable et la vue magnifique. Quelques problÚmes électriques mais rien de bien méchant Valérie qui nous a accueilli est adorable et nous avons adoré ses petits gùteaux corse avec confiture. Merci encore Nous avons pu visiter la haute corse et certains jours rester se reposer à la maison avec la piscine et son cadre apaisant

Schöne Zeit in den Bergen mit viel Eigeninitiative

Die Wohnung ist der obere Teil eines 2er-Objekts (darunter eine Fewo vom selben Vermieter). Sie ist gerĂ€umig mit großem Wohnraum mit tollen Panoramafenstern zum Berpanorama hin. Zudem 2 Schlafzimmer und getrenntes Bad und WC. Über die Eingangsterrasse kommt man auch zum eingewachsenen Pool. Die einzigen Zuschauer sind die benachbarten Esel und KĂŒhe. Das GrundstĂŒck ist fast komplett umzĂ€unt, so dass unser Hund frei herumlaufen konnte. Zur Eselwiese hin ist allerdings nur ein Tuch gespannt, so dass ein freiheitsliebender Hund hier ggf abhauen kann. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, von einem Bratenwender mal abgesehen ;-) Die Sauberkeit ist insgesamt OK. Manche Details mussten wir bei der Anreise nachbessern, wie z.B. Dunstabzugshaube, Grill und Terrasse. Zudem muss man wissen, dass man den Pool selbst reinigen muss und auch spĂ€testens alle 2 Wochen das Schmutzsieb reinigen. Uns wurde nur leider nicht erklĂ€rt wie. Folge: Poolabfluss verstopft, keine Wasserzirkulation. Ein echtes Problem gab es mit der Ameisenplage: Gesamte Poolterrasse, mehrere Straßen im Bad & auf der Terrasse. Wir wurden vom Vermieter nur auf Chemie im Kellerraum hingewiesen (teilw. gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr Kinder oder Hunde). Nach langer Recherche wussten wir, welches Mittel OK ist und welches nicht und haben es laut Produktanleitung auf der Terrasse verteilt. Die letzte Anwendung vor unserer Anreise dĂŒrfte etwas zurĂŒckgelegen haben. Alles in allem war es aber ein schöner Aufenthalt in Moltifao.

Emplacement superbe, dans un village charmant

Des soucis de communication Ă  l’arrivĂ©e ont compliquĂ© les choses, mais tout a Ă©tĂ© vite rĂ©glĂ©. AprĂšs ça, que du bonheur. La vue est sublime, le village est juste parfait, la piscine un poil petite mais enfants et parents ont adorĂ©. L’ensemble est un peu vieillot et mĂ©riterai un coup de rĂ©novation, mais plein de charme! Merci!

Maison trĂšs confortable

Nous avons beaucoup apprĂ©ciĂ© sĂ©journer dans la maison de Fabien qui est trĂšs confortable et adĂ©quate pour des jeunes enfants Ă©galement. Nous regrettons simplement de ne pas avoir eu d’accueil. Sinon tout Ă©tait top !

Phantastische Ausblick aus den Fenstern, Ruhe, Pool und Garten

Das Haus ist einfach großartig - sauber, voll eingerichtet, schön dekoriert und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefĂŒhlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Obwohl wir viel zu spĂ€t in Moltifao angekommen sind, war alles unkompliziert. Danke, Sandra! Netter Kontakt, nur zu empfehlen!

Villa trĂšs agrĂ©able au cƓur de la montagne Corse !

TrĂšs agrĂ©able sĂ©jour en famille dans cette villa situĂ©e dans un village typique de haute corse, trĂšs calme. La maison est Ă  proximitĂ© des dĂ©parts de randonnĂ©es et Ă  40 mn des 1Ăšres plages (magnifique plage de l’Ostriconi) Le 1er supermarchĂ© est Ă  15 mn en voiture. La vue de la maison est Ă  couper le souffle !

Emplacement idéal en Corse

Calme et repos assuré dans une propriété confortable, trÚs bien équipée, spacieuse. La vue à 180° est l'aspect qui nous a le plus impressionné, avec la vallée qui emmÚne à Ponte Lecce d'un cÎté, et de l'autre la barriÚre rocheuse (assez loin, pas de soucis) du début de la vallée d'Asco. La maison est bordée de 2 terrasses de grande taille, un parking fermé, et... une belle piscine (quel bonheur) !! CÎté baignade, mer à 45min environ (Ostriconi entre autre, familiale et magnifique) par une excellente route, ou, les vasques fabuleuses de la vallée d'Asco, et de Corte (tout prÚs). CÎté rando, c'est idéalement situé. Le Monte Cinto est d'ailleurs tout proche. Bref, 2 semaines inoubliables !!! Merci !!!

Parfait!

Excellent séjour à tous les niveaux! La maison est trÚs agréable, au calme, et il y a absolument tout ce qu'il faut! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, de la terrasse, et de la vue plongeante à couper le souffle. Le petit village de Moltifao est superbe, perché dans les montagnes.

Bonne localisation

C'est la seconde fois que nous venons. La maison est agréable, spacieuse et confortable. TrÚs belle vue aussi. Bon point de départ pour des randonnées dans les environs, et pas trÚs loin de la vallée de l Asco et d'autres trÚs belles randonnées ou de baignades dans de magnifiques vasques.Ponte Leccia n'est pas trÚs loin et on s'y approvisionne trÚs bien. De bons restaurants aussi.
