Gute Lage der Unterkunft. Leider lief in unserer Küche irgendwo Wasser aus. Zum Glück nutzten wir diese nicht. Zimmer sonst ok, angemessen gross und Preis/Leistung korrekt. Damen der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Sehr geräumige, saubere Unterkunft. Nur einen kurzen Fussmarsch von allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten (Casino, Grimaldi-Forum etc.)entfernt

It was fully perfect, from the check-in to the check-out. The personnel was available for all questions, we even got a bigger room when asking for it. I can recommend this place.

Good quality, quiet and easy to park

Pros: Le parking.
We only stayed one night but this was exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable and spacious studio, really helpful staff on the reception. If you have a car, even a large one, their parking under the hotel is very convenient and spacious, but be sure to book. Quiet area. Short walk to restaurants.

Mehr erwartet, als bekommen.

Das Hotel verfügt über 76 Zimmer. Aber bei weitem nicht soviel Parkplätze ( Parkhaus ), welche angeboten werden. Mussten uns einen Parkplatz suchen. Den Himmel sei Dank 10 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Bad: Bad war Standart, Dusche war unten extrem schmutzig gewesen, keine Shampoo Halterungen, wackelnde Duschhalterung. Toilettenpapierhalterung wurde 2 mal in die Wand gebohrt, erste Bohrung sieht man neben dran und wurde nicht verputzt. Stube und Küche in einem: Das Rohr vom Spülbecken war undicht. Popel gegenüber vom Bett war an der Wand breitgeschmiert ( sehr ekelhaft ) Klima war in Ordnung. Bett war ok. Wände der Stube teilweise nicht schön ausgemalt ( Striemen waren zu sehen) Balkon: Aussicht auf Steinmauer mit Wohnblock, da Sicht auf Meer nicht mehr verfügbar war. Frühstück: Kosten 12 € Sollten im Zimmerpreis mit inbegriffen sein, da nicht sehr ergiebig, alles gut, bis auf das Rührei, dieses war schleimig wabbelig und eine Katastrophe ( echtes Ei oder Pulver... ) Keine Brötchen, nur Toast und Mini Mini Croissants ( 5cm ) Personal: Sehr zuvorkommend, Englische Sprache kein Problem, Zimmer wurde nach Beanstandungen sofort gesäubert, Vorhandener Erste Hilfe Kasten, aber keine Pflaster, wir sollen es im Supermarkt selber holen ( 15 Minuten Fussweg ) Lage: Wer gern spazieren geht, ist dort sehr gut ausgehoben, Strand in 10 Minuten erreichbar, Rundum viele Restaurants, Supermarkt 15 Minuten und 30 Minuten entfernt, Formel 1 Rennstrecke in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Personnel acceuillant, mais maintenance...

Pros: proche de Monaco
Cons: Maintenance, et porte savon dans la douche
Bon hôtel, studio bien équipé peu faire de la cuisine sans problème, la maintenance est un peu faible

Très bon hôtel

Pros: chambre spacieuse et confortable.
Cons: Dans la douche à mettre étagère pour les produits de soin tel que salon liquide.
Location: Le quartier est très banal. Zone résidentiel. A deux minutes c'est Monaco. Attention par endroit des escaliers vertigineux et trotoirs mal pratique.
J'ai aimé cet hôtel car le personnel est acceuillant et souriant. Les chambre sont spacieueses et confortables. Les draps hyperdoux. Les chambres sont d'un prix correct pour la région car Monaco est à deux pas.
