Spotlessly clean, well-maintained hotel

This hotel was impeccably clean. Our queen room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Can't emphasize enough how perfectly clean everything was - really seems to be maintained with care. The breakfast area was cozy and the breakfast itself consisted of cooked eggs, beans, bacon, sausages, toast, bagels, yoghurt and cereal, some fruit, boiled eggs, juices, coffee and tea. Overall excellent value for price. Great quiet location just a 5-minute drive from the Usva spa.

great staff- good service

I was there to attend a meeting and needed an early check in, they were really nice and accelarate the process and I access my room earlier. I know this is not always possible but the staff were very friendly and wanting to help.

I usually leave a good review staying at hotels but this one, rcmp came to the hotel and the girl at the lobby gave out my information. My sister was telling her at the time, "why are you giving out my brother's information?" Also, the room we were given the drain in the shower wasn't draining fast enough so when showering expect to have a your feet covered in soapy water.
