The rooms are dated. Only one elevator in service. Hotel should consider adding its own breakfast restaurant to be included with stay. It is a major destination after all for New Brunswick and needs a fresh, new look. Also, the bed was raised in the middle which made for rolling, restless sleep. Staff were tired and weary to help.

Nice property, very convenient to watch show at the Casino. One of the 2 elevators broke down on Saturday and was not fixed prior to checkout on Sunday. Very inconvenient as the Hotel was full.

We like being able to stay at the hotel, go to the casino, be able to get something to eat and enjoy entertainment all in the one spot. What I was surprised at we booked through expedia and had to pay a housekeeping fee when we signed out. We don't understand why?

The stay at this Hotel has normally been very good but this time we had an issue with our first floor room where as the floor was ice cold . The room was comfortable with this exception. We really enjoy that the entertainment -food plus Casino can all be accessed indoors . The rate charged was a value bonus for such accomodations

This place is definitely for the casino event crowd. Nice to have the casino down the hall, but, it's noisy, place is getting run down and expensive for what you get.
