While the hotel appears renovated, the suite layout feels cramped and oddly arranged. The management operates with rigid policies — we witnessed several families being made to wait in the lobby until exactly 3 PM for check-in, regardless of room readiness. Hallway decor felt outdated, and basic amenities like a microwave, expected in a suite, were missing. Breakfast was average at best, and access was tightly controlled. Guests weren’t allowed to help themselves even a minute before the 6:30 AM start, and the atmosphere was far from welcoming. I didn’t ask for seconds due to how strictly everything was monitored. Customer service was cold and inflexible, more like interacting with a machine than a human. Overall, not a pleasant stay and wouldn’t recommend if you are expecting a comfort or hospitality.

Definitely would book this place again. The rooms are really nice and very Clean. And the beds and pillows, O’ my, well I wanted to take them home. They are so comfy. The best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, muffins, etc. Staff is also very friendly. Overall I would give this place a 10 star if I could. I highly recommend this place.
