The arrival and che k in were good. When we arrived in our room the beds were unmade, towels in the tub, like the room had not been cleaned from the previous stay. We called the front desk and they brought someone up to clean the room. Felt a bit disorganized. The cleaner who arrived apologized and quickly cleaned and made the beds.

Very bad experience

This hotel has gone down significantly over the last number of years. From kids getting yelled at by construction workers as the section of the hotel we were in was closed, to the room, not getting cleaned, to having to request garbage to be picked up all day to finally being picked up at 8:30 at night. At 9 o’clock at night toilet water started coming down through the ceiling from the room above us and I had to move rooms. Could not accommodate me in the same room that I had. When we got moved into the new room and went to pull out the pullout couch to put the kids on it was broken. Front desk manager was no help. After requesting that the general manager would call me. They finally did three days after we left.
