This central location with AC offers a clean, spacious, 2-bedroom unit in a quiet part of town.Access to major amenities including the restaurants, cafes, and shops, Avenir Centre, the George Dumond hospital and UDM.
Enjoy large windows, a fast wifi, 55 Inch-TV with Netflix, and free parking.
Kitchen is fully equipped with pots & utensils.
Traveling with children? Enjoy the newly renovated children`s park just 2 minutes` walking distance. Infant`s High chair, playard and toys provided.
This is a 2 bedroom unit, an upper unit of an up and down duplex in a private residence. This well maintained and clean home provides a peaceful and comfortable space for guests to enjoy and unwind.
The eat in kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all kitchen tools you may need.
The living room is spacious and comfortable, offering space for additional sleeping at night with sleeping on the couch or a pullout bed that we offer. Each bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a closet and dresser.
Bedroom 1 has a desk and chair while bedroom 2 has a comfortable accent chair.
Guests will have private access to entire 2 bedroom apartment. Access to main entrance and a key to the unit will be provided. Guests are welcome to use the front yard

This location is in a corner area of a residential neighbourhood with mature trees. 2 minutes walk to convenience stores nearby including subway restaurant and pizza delight,a laundromat and George dumond . Find superstore, the gas bar, banks,schools, Avenir and downtown core just a short distance away.
Spacious parking is provided. Guests can get around by walking to activities and events, restaurants or George dumond hospital.
Taxi services can be an option or driving to a destination- there is numerous road side parking spaces around the city and some parking garages that charge a fairly small hourly rate.
Most roadside parking downtown is free on the weekend.

-Shoes: We ask that shoes are removed indoors to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to floors
-Kitchen: We request that you rinse dishes prior to placing in dishwasher
-Bathroom. We request that you dispose personal products appropriately

-Quiet hours: We request respect for hours between 7pm-7am as quiet hours
- We do not allow loud parties or loud music
3. Safety:
- We ask that you always lock doors when you leave the unit and immediately notify the host incase you forgot
- For your safety and that of the host, we discourage allowing company of individuals you are not familiar with into your unit
4. Smoke-free environment
-Absolutely no vaping or smoking allowed inside the property or a 9 Metre radius of the property. Guests in violation of this policy will immediately have tenancy terminated.
