DIRTY! DIRTY! Hairs on sheets, multiple, sheets all wrinkled as were slept with. Pictures dusty, edge of carpet torn and very dusty, bathroom caulking pink areas which is start to moulding as well as pink on shower walls in the grooves of tiles. Room definetly needs TLC. Not a pleasant stay due to these issue's for our 45th anniversary which the staff was aware of. We stayed here a couple years ago and had none of these issues so we were surprised. The staff did come change the sheets as this was our immediate concern. As an FYI the mattress itself is severly stained so perhaps time to change the mattress to avoid bed bugs. Definetly shampooed at the least.

- It's fine that the hotel was all booked up, but due to a hotel rate difference from Hotels.com, check-in took 1.5 hrs. And the lower hotels.com rate was unattainable through system. - Elevator is very creaky, causing us to feel unsafe in it. Although, inspection was up to date. - Stains on the carpet in room - Mildew/mold all around shower - Sink wouldn't drain well - Armchair was disgusting. Old skin stains on arms - Bed felt like an old mattress, sunken around the middle, springy - Breakfast was horrible. Soggy, barely cooked eggs were served. Where the hotel was maxed, there was a constant wait for utensils, and dishes during the breakfast rush. Seemed understaffed. - Am asking for a refund!!

Did not like having to pay a $200 deposit because we booked with you. It was not refunded for 3 days. Driveway needs repair. Designated parking is not assured. Heating control needs to be repaired.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly at check in. She came to my room in a flash when I needed a hand with the A/C. No toilet paper and one of the hand towels was covered with hair. Couch had stains on it. Was quite loud on the night I stayed, but just your typical mini sticks in the hallway. I didn't go on too late. Missed breakfast by an hour. When leaving, I saw juice in their fridge, but it was locked. A lady (kitchen help, housekeeping...?) was fairly ignorant when telling me breakfast was over. I said oh I was just looking for something to drink and she said should give me some warm juice from the back. I said no that's fine, thank you. To which I get an over-the-top friendly "You're WELCOME." No need for the snarkyness at all. Anyway, I'll likely not return and don't really recommend the place. There are lots of hotels in that area. Pay the extra for cleanliness, a room that doesn't reek of smoke, and staff without a chip on their shoulder. (But again, the front desk girls were terrific!)

The stuff we’re good and friendly but the property needs some work done to refresh it. Smells of mould and the carpets were damaged in places, ran out of towels and room safe not working. Could be much better with maintenance and repairs

We stayed here for one night for a basketball tournament. The carpet in our room was sticky in numerous places beside the bed around the fridge and table our socks stuck to it as we walked. The ac unit dis not work and the thermostats has a wiring running down the wall. Also my son's bed sheets has a pretty big brown stain on the white sheets, which he tried to get off but it was stained looked like dried blood. We pay a lot of money for this room and it was terrible
