The hotel is desperatly in need of a renovation. Smells old. More staff needed. Watched one employee running back and forth from the kitchen to fill breakfast buffet while others just stood around checkin desk.

This property is an absolute disgrace. No maintenance, entrance road with huge potholes, luggage trolleys that are rickety and unsafe, elevator is extremely unsafe. The owners have made no investment in the upkeep of this property.

July 2025 - We stayed here for 2 nights during our travels to the East Coast. We had suite room 206 and found it in terrible condition. It had a noisy AC fan (that we problem solved on our own), and mold growing above the shower head in the bathroom (causing 2 asthma attacks). The room was overall dirty and had leaking faucets. The washer and dryer the hotel provided were broken. After locating the issues in our room we were down to the front desk staff numerous times. All the staff we encountered were compassionate and undertstanding of the rooms condition (after being notified) and very apologetic. Unfortunately that first night they were fully booked and were not able to move us rooms. We called around to other hotels and they were all fully booked as well. The next morning we were moved into a much better room without any issues noted (except that the kitchen sink plug was not there & we were told that one would not be provided). We appreciated the staffs kindness and understood that they did every thing they could within their limits. We stayed in a few Travelodge locations during our trip, and found all of them to be in some state of disrepair. They were a very affordable option if you can look past the desparate need for updates.

Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast was non existent for us. They had 1 plate available and cereal. We did not eat. We were there at 830 and everything was pretty much gone. Three kids 2 adults and $250 later to have to spend an additional 50 to take our kids to eat else were.stains on bedding, hair on floor in bathroom. Lights were full of bugs, sofa bed was old and very uncomfortable. Not impressed at all. Two double beds need replacing, holes that you sink into.

The breakfast room being part of the lobby and not well set up create lots of traffic from everywhere and a line up, with food running out because of low quantities. The housekeeping would also stay on the hallway most of the day and recycles were mixed with the garbage when cleaning up

I liked that the water pressure was really good for the shower. It was nice and quiet, with good air conditioning. I loved there was cable that you did not need a device to use. I did not like having to walk past multiple smokers in the parking lot to get to my car. The entry to the parking lot from the main road is in bad condition and needs to be repaved not sure if the city or the hotel is responsible for that. Overall good stay.

I thought the property was very dated and dirty. Our toilet didn't work so we ended up changing rooms. We were woken up in the middle of the night (3am) by very loud neighbours. We did like having two rooms for all of us. Could have used air conditioning in both rooms.
