Country House 'Vallon' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Located in Mondion, the estate Le Vallon offers a renovated 136 m² stone farmhouse that can accommodate up to 8 people. You will find 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms equipped with showers. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with kitchen and WC, while the bedrooms are upstairs. Amenities include Wi-Fi, television, washing machine, dryer, and a private barbecue. A baby cot is available and the thick stone walls provide excellent thermal insulation.



You can enjoy private terraces, covered or uncovered, furnished with garden furniture. The shared outdoor pool, heated in May and September, measures 50 m² and has a depth from 0.80 m to 2.20 m. It is equipped with floats, pool noodles, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and WC. You also have access to a shared sauna, a garden, and a playground with table tennis, pétanque, volleyball, football, badminton, archery, and bicycles. The wooded grounds allow you to observe local wildlife from your windows.



A shared parking area for 10 vehicles is available on site. Pets are allowed and smoking is permitted. Parties are not allowed. The facilities are shared with guests from another property on site. Horse accommodation is available: 12 stalls, enclosed paddock, riding arena, and fishing pond.



The hosts live on site but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service and car rental are available for an extra fee. Local experiences are offered: massages, hot air ballooning, kayaking, fishing, and carriage rides.
