This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo comes equipped with a full kitchen, Wi-Fi, and access to clubhouse amenities including indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and pickleball courts, racquetball, and sandy beach. Enjoy five-star dining onsite at the Landing Restaurant.

Fishermen will love this property. We have a large field to park your trailer and 6 floating slips to dock your boat. Slips are first come - first serve but I have never seen all slips occupied. There is also an electrical supply where you can charge your battery. $20/day for boat & trailer stickers.

Towels in bathtub, sheets on washer, no fires in fireplace, start washing machine, set temp to 70, take out trash
Trash dumpster: exit parking lot by turning right, go to stop sign and turn left onto Ashe Meade, go 100 yards and turn down gravel road next to security building to dumpster.
