You will be welcomed by the owners to a very comfortable, single-story Bourbonnais-style house, fully renovated, in the heart of an authentic, peaceful, and verdant countryside.

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen opening onto a large living room with direct access to the terrace and courtyard, and a laundry room. A hallway leads to three bedrooms: two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed) with direct access to the terrace, and one bedroom (two 90x200 cm beds and one 90x180 cm bed). Each bedroom has an en-suite shower room (shower/toilet).
A cot and high chair are available.
One of the bedrooms is accessible for guests with reduced mobility.

This rental boasts numerous natural advantages: the Loire River is 7 km away, a greenway runs alongside the canal, there's a supervised swimming area and fishing 7 km away, and a thalassotherapy center and thermal spa are 21 km away. Le Pal, an animal and amusement park, is 22 km away, and the area offers a rich cultural, historical, and religious heritage: Paray-le-Monial, a designated City of Art and History; Digoin (with its canal bridge and earthenware museum); Moulins (home to the National Museum of Costume and Stage); and Vichy (a spa town).

The cottage also features tea towels provided and 12 kWh of electricity included per day instead of the standard 8 kWh.

Heating and electricity are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid on-site at the end of their stay.

The price includes electricity (any usage beyond the 12 kWh/day allowance is not included). The price does not include: electricity consumption above 12 kWh/day is not included in the booking price and must be paid at the end of your stay.
