Welcome to La Casa Del Barba, a cozy 60 m² ground-floor retreat in the heart of Monguzzo, set within a quiet courtyard. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a double bed. Relax with the smart TV or enjoy a good book. The kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle—everything you need for independent cooking.
The bedroom offers a king-size memory foam bed, linens and towels included, a spacious wardrobe, and a desk perfect for remote work thanks to Wi-Fi. The property accommodates up to 3 guests.
