Breakfast was very good. Pool was too cold to swim in. Seating in the room was inadequate, only one chair at the desk. Everywhere was clean, but then the hotel in very new. I like the EV chargers being available.

Beautiful place because its brand new. On the day i was there staff where friendly but there weren't enough of them. My issue started in the morning when we couldn't shower. There solution was to move rooms an hr before check out. That could be overlooked but when the manger didnt call back rhe next day thats when i was really disappointed. Customer service isnt the same anymore. The old great canafa is gone.

Disappointing

Hotel refused cancellation when I was stuck in a storm / offered 50% discount and still charged full price. Stayed here a fuethur few days as part of another booking. Hotel lacks amenaties and breakfast is awful. There is better hotels in the area.
