Did not have a good experience. Waste of my points. Everything was empty at breakfast, staff was always just standing around chatting, ignoring guests, kinda run down, huge leaks outside my room. Had to move the giant trash in the hall collecting water from the non working AC to get into my room where the light switches didn’t work.

Thin walls, couldn’t sleep

Thankfully this was just a quick overnight stay. We arrived fairly late and the parking lot was not super full. We were placed right next to another room, all night every time the other room ran flushed the toilet or ran water it would be so loud in our room. We could also hear their tv like it was in our room. In addition when we arrived the pillows on the bed had long black hairs on them, as if the bedding wasn’t changed. Will not stay again.
