Magnificent luxury chalet for rent located in the area of ​​the Royal Laurentien golf course in St-Faustin du Lac Carrée. The chalet is less than 5 minutes from the Mont-Blanc ski resort and 15 minutes from the village of Mont-Tremblant.
Warm weather activities are only available after June 24th until early September

Nearby you will find alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking, biking, snowmobiling and mountain biking trails. Golf lovers will be served with the renowned Royal Laurentien golf club less than 500 m from the chalet.

Tenants have access to the Lac Nantel beach and its facilities, to the estate`s swimming pool, tennis courts, and to the many hiking trails in the mountain.

The abundant windows will provide a spectacular view of Lake Nantel and the golf course. You will be able to observe magnificent sunsets on the terraces of the chalet.

The region is full of activities of all kinds both in summer and winter, making it a prime location for families and nature lovers.

A charging station for electric vehicles is available for tenants.

We include the basics: towels, soap, toilet paper, linens, coffee machine

We DO NOT include: coffee beans, food, firewood, personal effects, BBQ Propane, etc

We’ve cut out paper towels to reduce our environmental impact, and we have replaced paper towel with kitchen towels

In case of extreme weather conditions, there is a possibility of temporary power outages. However, please note that this is very rare and not a common occurrence. We just wanted to provide this disclaimer for your awareness.

We are committed to being environmentally friendly and have decided to eliminate the use of paper towels. Instead, we provide reusable kitchen towels for your convenience. Thank you for helping us reduce waste and support a more sustainable environment!

The reservation includes access to the Royal Golf Laurentian`s amenities including: the shared swimming pool, tennis courts, and the lake including free canoe rentals.
The Royal Laurentian access cards must be used to obtain access to the amenities. The two access cards (1: swimming pool, 2: tennis court) can be found in the welcome basket on the kitchen counter.
A maximum of 12 people can use the swimming pool access card at a time
A maximum of 4 people can use the tennis court access card at a time.
*PLEASE NOTE* If the access cards are not returned to the chalet by the end of your reservation a $500 penalty fee will be charged*

- Late checkouts without permission will be charged a $500 penalty fee
- NO SMOKING $500 penalty + damages
-PETS NOT ALLOWED $500 penalty + damages
- ZERO PARTY TOLERANCE $1,000 penalty
- DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF 12 PEOPLE. Groups who exceed the maximum capacity will be charged 1000$ in penalty fees + $300/guest over capacity.
Guests who leave an extra mess or any damages will be charged additional cleaning and repair fees.
All garbage must be left in garbage bags, in their respective bins. Fail to do so will lead to a $250 extra fee (since we will be put at risk for potential fines from the city)

If any object, furniture, or sheets are damaged during your stay you will be charged for their replacement.

As a guest of Luxurious Scandinavian Golf Chalet + Private Spa, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
