Enjoyed our stay. I would suggest better lighting in the rooms, clean the stains off the carpets, upgrade the tv’s to smart tv’s so people can connect to apps and watch movies they like. Also, there was no maid service while we were there for 3 nights. We had to ask for toilet paper on day 2 as we were only given 1 roll in each bathroom for 6 people. Kitchen garbages were overflowing in the room and when we asked for the garbage to be emptied, we were told by the front desk we are expected to give 24 hrs notice to request garbage pick up. No one told us this during check in and there was no manual in the rooms to tell you what to expect or what you were to do if you need anything. It’s a cozy spot with not much around.

Very convenient, rustic style room. It was a value added that we had 2 bathrooms with showers in the rooms. Fireplace made are stay cozy. We enjoyed the patio accessible directly from our room. Spa was great, a little too hot, but quiet and clean ! The indoor pool was nice as well ! Fully equipped kitchen, which was why we selected this hotel. Was up to our expectations ! Shuttle to Mont Tremblant was better than what we had expected! On call service, on time and professional. Front desk employees were respectful, efficient and kind ! We will definitely go back.

This property has spacious suites with nice views, it is quiet, the staff is very professional and friendly (I think they like working for this hotel). We usually go for 1 or two nights during the weekend for ski. The shuttle service works very well to go and come from the gondola.

The property is nice and the staff is kind and friendly but the room was not clean. Stained carpet, couch, walls, curtains. It did not feel like a 4 star room. It’s a shame because had it been cleaner, it would have been a really nice place.
