Staff are nice. Room seemed clean but a few wrappers on the floor far corner between bed and wall. Room is good size for me and 2 adult kids. Garage height is tight for most ski vehicles. Roof racks need to be removed before entering. Good location in the pedestrian village

Room was cleaned daily with exceptional care. Breakfast was great - the kids loved making pancakes with the pancake machine and the cinnamon buns are delicious! The rooms could use more seating, but otherwise has everything a family needs and the location cannot be beat!

The room was fine location was perfect. The parking is under the hotel which was amazing for unloading. The elevator situation was awful. They have two but one was out of order for our entire stay. And the other one kept breaking. We were on the 4th floor and kept having to use the stairs. We almost had to load our car using the stairs but thankfully it started working. They said they are getting new ones. We would use this hotel again but only if we confirm the new elevators.
