We really enjoyed our time at the property. Right in the middle of the Village and only steps away from most of the attractions and restaurants. While the property is old, the rooms are well maintained and you can see the renovations have been done where needed. So it gives a nice authentic feeling. The biggest compliment I will give them is the cleanliness. All utensils in the kitchen were clean and well kept. We will consider this property again, when we visit Tremblant.

I was told that I booked using Expedia at the time of check-in. I had asked for a room upgrade but was denied at the time of checkin. I had asked for late checkout since I arrived late, but was denied and was asked to come back and check next day morning before checkout. The hot spa outdoors was not hot. It was cold and hence pointless. I feel like if I had booked directly through their website, I would have gotten a slightly better treatment from the staff. Instead of booking through Expedia.
