The hotel uses a cleaning service and the room was filthy every day we stayed there. No actual cleaning service, dirty dishes and glasses, etc. I will not return to this hotel.

The hotel was going through renovations which they didn’t stipulate at the time of booking. The rooms were dark and dated, we booked a one bedroom suite which was extremely small (couldn’t walk round the sofa bed when it was pulled out) - (friends had the same room category twice as big however). The room was also filthy when we checked in and had to call for it to be cleaned (burnt food on the stove top and thick dust on the furniture) No turn down service, sofa bed for children was a DIY make it yourself affair. We arrived at 9.15pm nowhere to get food in the restaurant or the lobby bar as had all stopped serving food. The staff were great and good access to the village and slopes but this is a 3* hotel. Not worth the $1000 per night room charge. If you’re going to book get the most basic cheapest room for the location as just not worth it and you will leave feeling disappointed.

The hotel is ideally situated for amazing skiing at Tremblant. It is walk out to the lifts. This hotel also has a gorgeous year round outdoor pool and hot tub that are fantastic. The restaurant is pretty good. The rooms are about to be redecorated but currently, in spite of being a bit dated, they have excellent amenities- coffee maker, fridge, microwave and a few glasses etc. made it a really nice 5 day stay.

The room was comfortable, wish they would vacuum the carpet in between guests also was disappointing that in spite of the room not being sold to anyone else on the day of our departure, I was told that they could only provide a 30 min extension for late checkout as I had not booked directly with the hotel but through Expedia…this has never happened to me anywhere else in all my travels, usually most hotels will easily provide a one hour late checkout extension, providing the room is not already needed for another same day check in… outside of this experience, the rest of the staff was very nice… I imagine the weekend crew needs more customer service training..

The property is beautiful. Pool and hot tub area are very nice. The valets at check in were on point and extremely helpful. Check in was a little hectic and we weren’t given any map or explanation of amenities but we figured everything out. Unfortunately, the wrong card was charged at check out. The room was beautiful. Only negative was the queen mattress which was very soft and we kept sinking in the middle. It was a bit difficult to sleep. We would definitely stay again except ask for a king sized bed and double check the charges the evening before check out.
