There are an additional 2 bedrooms down stairs, one with 2 twin beds and the other with 2 sets of bunk beds. There are 1.5 bathrooms upstairs and 2 full bathrooms downstairs. There is also a bar/beverage center downstairs by the back door that leads out to the pool. The pool is heated and the backyard is also fenced.
