We are delighted to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in this very special location. Vue du Lac is a three-bedroom villa in a lovely spot with magnificent poolside views over the woods towards a sparkling blue Lac de Saint-Cassien. Surrounded by woods and set on a private Domaine, guests also have access to tennis courts. 
Vue du Lac is furnished in a traditional older style with good quality furniture and fixtures throughout. Being on a hillside, there is lower level pool and summer kitchen where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time admiring the view. This lower level is accessed only externally and provides access to the third bedroom with its own en suite shower room. The ground floor interior is cool and spacious with a good quality open plan kitchen and breakfast table. Two ground floor bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom and feature tiled bath) both give access to the terrace and beautiful lake views. Al fresco meals will undoubtedly be the norm during your stay; there is the balcony, a rear shady dining gazebo or a poolside summer kitchen with large table. The oval shaped pool and villa are surrounded by a well-tended garden with hardy Mediterranean shrubs, rocky pathways and scented flowers to awaken your senses in the Provençal sunshine!

A visit to Lac de Saint-Cassien (3km) will surely be one of your holiday excursions. There are various places around the lake offering a variety of water sports, such as canoe or paddle board hire as well as beaches for swimming. Also recommended are delightful walks and cycling routes into the surrounding Var hills as well as around the lake itself. Exploring some of the Var's prettiest hilltop villages such as Montauroux (5.5km), Callian (7.5km) or the larger Fayence (15km) will please those seeking some authentic French brasserie dining or a weekly fresh food market fix. The closest beaches are in Mandelieu (29km) and the airport in Nice is only an hour's drive, making Vue du Lac an easily accessible and highly sought after private holiday villa.

Terraced grounds, open tread stairs and pool terrace railings with larger gaps mean young children would need supervision and care is needed. Tennis approximately €30 per week in local domaine nearby. Please let us know at the time of booking if required.
