STRICTLY NO MARIJUANA anywhere on the property - indoors or outdoors. No smoking or vaping indoors. Either incurs a $500 cleaning fee.
No pets ($500 fee). No shoes indoors. Unapproved late checkout is $50/hour. Excessive mess or trash may incur a $300 extra cleaning fee.
