Enjoy this beautiful bright, spacious home in Upper Montclair. Welcome to the World Cup while you stay in this first time available 3000+ sq. ft. home. Comfortable indoor living with formal living room ready for entertainment, 12-seating dining room, family room for cozy relaxation, eat-in kitchen that is chef ready or simply order in from one of the many fabulous eateries in town. There are 3 workspaces available. Outdoor time can be spent in spacious the two level backyard with heated pool and outdoor furniture for those seeking sun or just read a book under the gazebo on the lounge chairs or tables. Dinner outside is a must as part of the experience. This is one of the few houses with a fenced-in private pool. Incredibly, your stay includes housekeeping every 4th day but sooner can be arranged for an additional cost.

The house stays comfortable year-round thanks to central heating and AC. Whether you’re gathering in the living room or preparing meals in the kitchen, this terrific home offers a welcoming space to unwind. Kick back, relax, and enjoy everything Montclair and our awesome home has to offer. We are new to VRBO but have hosted for years on a different platform for another property and can share those reviews with you. We want you to have all the comforts of home while experiencing a memorable getaway. We welcome communication about your interest to stay in the property and are able to do a video call for you to see the place first hand.

We take pride in maintaining a very clean, amenities filled home and ask that you care for it as if it were your own. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house and a list of those staying in the home will be required prior to arrival. We have lived in Montclair for over 20 years and can make recommendations for services or destinations as needed. The train from Montclair takes you directly into NYC/Penn Station in about 35mins while MetLife is about a 15min drive. Take advantage of the Smart-TVs already equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Prime or simply use the Alexas.
