This modern, single level, open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms is ideal for families and friends up to 10 people. Often, the gathering place is the kitchen. With a 54 square foot island, this chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to gather; it has almost any item you could need to get your meal prepared. A top-of-the-line Rec-Tec pellet grill/smoker is also available on the back patio. Back yard includes a campfire area with seating.
