Had issues with my room but the staff addressed them promptly, gave me a room change, not gonna bash or say exactly what my issues were. The food was just ok which was disappointing I didn’t eat much at the resort. Bartenders were amazing. Shout out to Kenny and Keino. Loretta from entertainment was awesome. Location was wonderful. Towels were dingy looking but not stained or spotted. Whole hotel needs to be renovated and housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning. Overall I would return because of the staff. Andre at the bell desk was a sweetheart, the staff is the real gem at the resort.

Checked in early, room not ready, when I returned had a room that’s like a cheap motel, room smells moldy, bathroom no soap, bathroom pipe handle broken asked for new room, told no room available. Horrible room. Will be my last time at this resort.

The stuff for a really great I travelled with my kids and they were really accommodating and friendly. The food was great with some good options. The room was clean, but you could tell it was quite dated for the price and for what we were looking for it was a perfect fit. I love that it was just across the street from The beach as well. Everything was very accessible and close to the airport.

The towels which are supposed to be white are almost black services all over very bad we asked for salt or a tea 3-4 times to get it delivered Service there is horrible very lazy no body want to do anything They put us in a room with small. Room was bland, bathroom dirty, blinds dirty, towels dirty, bedroom ceiling had multiple holes…… Grill staff was rude and angry on our second day…. Shows as beach location but is actually across a busy street from the beach….. redeeming quality is the location is on a great strip with much nightlife. Shops and attractions.
