Great location close to but isolated from the Montego Bay craziness with beautiful views, facilities, and grounds. The food can be a bit hit or miss depending on the item (I hear this is common with all-inclusive). Staff were mostly super friendly but frequently less than five star helpful and an isolated few were a bit cranky.

The hotel staff was amazing. They really are the driving force and what makes this property what it is. The restaurant options were great and diverse enough to not have to leave the property. The only issues I had with the property is that it’s a green/eco friendly resort which means they didn’t have some bare necessities like straws for your beverages. They also had issues with some of the pool amenities like the jacuzzi not getting hot and there’s not much of a beach for laying out at all. Other than that it’s a really nice, safe, and clean resort with excellent dining options, great ocean views, and an amazing hotel staff.

The area is beautiful and was the laid back quiet spot we were looking for. Food was generally good to very good. I chose a garden view room with private plunge pool - second floor of building one- and would pass on that if given the choice- the pool was hot and either not cleaned regularly or dirt was carried in by the wind and was not cleaned before or during our stay. Pools and beach areas otherwise were very clean and looked after and staff were very attentive to the property. All in all a lovely stay.

Tucked away from the hustle, this property was truly lovely. The staff was all very friendly, the beach was clean and there was no fighting for space to relax. The honeymoon suite was divine! Food was delicious and no reservations needed at the restaurants. Would definitely return!

The location is unmatched and the service is good. The food was also amazing. However, the property is showing its age. We had a rooftop club suite and from our vantage point we could see missing shingles, water damage, and a lot of mildew. The suite was supposed to be top tier but the couch was ripped and torn at the bottom, interior seating was stained, and the caulk in the bathroom shower was messy and stained. The closet doors were scratched up and the curtains looked to be original. We made the best of it and had a great time but it’s not what a 5-star resort should be. The price is 5-star but the attention to detail is lacking.
