I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. We had the Junior suite ocean view and it was perfect for me and my partner. I rated everything a 5 but I would say it was like a 4.2 ish.. food could use improvement as everything was overly salty. Also I came to Jamaica and expected cultural music but there was wayyy too much American music. Felt like I was at Miami Beach. As a Caribbean girly I hear more reggae in NY. Daytime is turnt at the adult pool. Family pool has a more chill vibe.

We had an awesome five-day stay! The authentic Jamaican food was so good, and the “Jamaica Teaser” drink quickly became our favorite. The staff was super friendly, and while the rooms are a bit dated, the swimup pool and deep main pool made up for it. Loved the nightly entertainment. I plan on returning with our daughter next time!

The rooms need to be renovated. The staff were nice and they had good restaurant options on the family side. They also had more entertainment on the family side of the resort. Although it’s all inclusive you have to pay a $10.00 fee for room service. The private beach is awesome and they have some free water sports.

The property was great & staff was courteous. The entertainment was awesome. Friday night pool party was definitely a VIBE! The whole stay was great. The only part that was confusing was how to catch the resort shuttle back to the airport. It seemed to be organized & we left about 15 minutes lates. I was able to speak with staff who assisted me but if youre a quiet perdon you woukd have surely missed your ride.

This property is nice However they lack consistent in telling guests the same thing I was charged two deposits on my account when the lady was confirming my transportation to airport when I paid cash had to revisit front desk 3 times to sort out issue ,reason I know I checked my account this is the only problem I had with this resort besides some of the workers were rude and unhelpful. I suggest all take classes for Customer Training.

This has been an amazing property the staff was nice, friendly, fun, entertaining, caring etc. We are definitely are going to go back. They checked in on us everyday. They made sure we had everything we wanted/needed. They cleaned our room everyday. The food options were good open all day and it was GOOD food. Drinks were good. Breakfast buffet was amazing the chef checked in on everyone daily. They had so many fun events. I couldn’t have had a better stay we only left to do a specific excursion.

The staff is very friendly and you felt very welcomed. Property was clean, food was amazing, variety of options food and drink wise. The outdoor seating section was beautiful, very spacious
