Property needs updates. There is NO AC in the common areas. The hibachi restaurant had great food but the restaurant itself needs to be updated badly. It was as hot as an oven in there which made the entire experience pretty miserable. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and it was convenient and spacious. The food was lacking. The service was great. The staff was great. The beach had a lot of seaweed but that’s pretty normal for the area. Overall a 7/10

It seems like this property used to be pretty decent, but its quality has diminished over the recent years. Rooms are in dire need of upgrade and remodeling. During our 4-night stay, the A/C wasn't working in any of the restaurants or main areas. The bar was routinely out of necessary ingredients to make popular drinks.

Our shower was broke the whole time we were there we expressed it to hotel staff they said they were sending up someone to fix it. Someone came to the room. I adjusted it, but it wasn’t fixed. We got that specific room type so that we could use the tub the tub faucet hand work either there was no water pressure.

Just okay time for the jewel to update elevators in building A under construction no concierge or front desk services in individual buildings must walk to main building big inconvenience the steakhouse is the only good dining option but still with limited items the beach food needs a revamp chicken tenders no seasoning had to wait hours for jerk chicken off grill but even then didn’t get any …it was a different experience than my first stay not for the better I will not be coming back ….retirees resort but only if you’re in good shape because the steps are painful

I loved the property and my room was very spacious. We stayed in the Sentry building which seemed to be the most active. The food was okay and the entertainment was lively. However, the live shows and DJ were extremely loud. This is not a kid-free resort, so be prepared for that.

The entire staff were so kind and accommodating. The Asian Restaurant was not our favorite. The food was not very good especially the dessert. Had we known that there was teppanyaki option we may have had enjoyed that better.

Good: comfortable beds, great coffee, very friendly people. Bad: slow service in restaurants and they seem to open when they want. Once your glass is filled once don’t expect anyone to ask to refill. We don’t drink; this was just water and coke we waited on. The taxi people outside are super pushy even when we told them we did not need a ride they insisted we cancel with people we booked and use them instead. Patio doors will not fully close so the room stayed pretty warm and we couldn’t open the curtains because that would let more heat in. Wouldn’t go back.

Everyone there is amazing. So welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view as promised. We will recommend and plan our next trip there.
