Hospitality was thru the roof! The time share ppl was a bit pushy Very welcoming but it is far out away from everything it cost 140 to leave the property to go to Montego Bay and return

The people employees were very friendly. I hated that my adult only vacation included kids! Majority of the restraunts are on the family side. There are literally 2 on the adult side and one has a dress code! The bar, hookah lounge, and spa are all on the family side.

Property ok i give u a rose it was clean but very very boring no activy place too dark food poor need better chef staff no customers service they need more inservice on coustomers sevice they just step pass you not even ave the courtesy to say hello they so loud that the place sound like ghetto are market area the way how they loud at night i cant sleep i cant come down stair too dark drive me crazh and no activity i go to different resorts and i never see this and i cant believe some people cant get the access to view the place to even find out which side they love and which side they dont love you all need to cut out thid foolishness everyone suppose to ave privilege to view the place no one stealing are killing anyone that they ave to stay one place big turn off Jamaican is a musicsl in the dsy you walking you want to here some good music playing at every angle that never happened but from you see the front desk uniforms that ugly beigh are khaki colour that was so depressed you could tell you in a depressed place Jamaican is a bright cheerfully country and with that building you need colourful uniforms even the drivers ave better uniforms than the assistance the ugly uniforms represents there ugly behavior and when you just come in you greeted with something cold to drink going home no one give you any attention that so unprofessional that give visitors a bad idea like you only love to see them coming

Pros: -Good selection of food, buffet and restaurants. All meals we had were satisfying. -Safe, walkable resort. -Excellent staff -Rooms are big and comfortable -Pool is great, but shade is very limited. -Pool facilities and entertainment is fantastic -Bars are accessible and well stocked. Cons -Beach is small and rocky and could be difficult for older folks. (Bring water shoes! They are absolutely necessary!) The water was nice, otherwise. -Lobby staff will push a "promotion" on you to get a membership to the hotel. Unless you are actually interested, you should insist you do not want to partake. They can be pushy and the tour/ sales pitch takes a long time. The gift bag is not worth the time you lose. -resort is isolated, and you are not allowed to venture along the beach outside of the resorts section. -our group had some maintenance issues (door locks, ceiling fan, etc) Ultimately, I would recommend the resort for a budget conscious group who want to visit Jamaica without breaking the bank. We had a great time overall.
