The Resort should add pick up and drop off from the lobby to the family suites it is a long walk. That is my only complaint. Overall my stay was good.

I absolutely loved this property! It’s was my first time in Jamaica and It was suppose to be my first destination place and unfortunately didn’t workout that way but I made sure it was my second and it did not disappoint! The staff were just so kind, beautiful hearted and so respectful! Shout out to my girl FELICIA! She worked in St. Ann and found out it was my birthday and did a celebration for me with her fellow staff and I absolutely adore her! Beautiful inside and out and deserves the best! I went with my two sisters for two of our birthdays and a Mother’s Day for the other and we had an amazing time! We will be back! Thank you for having us RIU Ocho Rios! Many blessings to all!

This is the cleanest property I have ever stayed in. I was thoroughly impressed by the level and consistency of the cleanliness. However the AC in my room wouldn’t drop lower than 21 Celsius. I would have liked the option to drop it down to 17 or 18 especially in the tropics and on the 5th floor. The ceiling fan also only had one speed. Maintainance came up and couldn’t out why the fan wasn’t working. A manager was supposed to go and fix it. Never happened.

Our first room was not a garden view, the shower door was broken and did not have the 2 beds that we paid for. The next day we were moved to a different room with a beautiful ocean view. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There was a concern with the front desk calling at 4 am for a shuttle that we didn’t reserve.

My solo vacation was amazing! I felt safe at all times. I have no complaints at!! There were plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options. I will definitely be back really soon; five days weren't enough. 10/10!!!!

The food made me and my husband sick daily, and drink selection was poor only local liquor which was super strong so you couldn’t have much. The gift shop Is super expensive, I forgot my toothbrush and had to buy one for $5.00 USD. Transportation is expensive again in USD.

The property appeared to be well maintained however upon check in there were several things broken and/or not working in the room, the property has roaches in common areas including the pool, the rooms have brown towels (which absolutely grossed me out), my bedding had blood on it, the shower was visibly dirty and it took hours for staff to address these issues and they weren't empathetic. I didn’t receive all needed items upon check in. It was a hassle having to go back and forth to the check in desk to ask for things I should've already received and wait in long lines to only be greeted with mediocre attitudes.The resort is family friendly but on the boring side. If you are looking for a upbeat/party atmosphere this isn’t where you want to stay. This is definitely very laid back and dry. The food was descent but Overall I would not stay here again.

Best time ever

It was fantastic; the food was great; entertainment was fabulous. We had a great time and would visit again. The place is clean; not to mention the refridgerator stock with drinks, that was awesome.

I payed extra for an ocean view room no ocean view and also way to far to walk from the elevators after already walking far to the elevators. Woman staff very nasty
