My stay at the S Hotel in Montego Bay was truly unforgettable. From start to finish, the service was exceptional — every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional. I especially loved seeing how much the team enjoys what they do; you can tell they take great pride in their work and genuinely respect their management. The food was absolutely amazing — five-star gourmet meals every single day. The private beach was stunning, with crystal-clear water and breathtaking sunsets. The rooms were luxurious and beautifully maintained, and the management ensured every detail was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning

I had a massage and I was very pleased with the results. I loved the food options and ambiance at the resort. The only suggestion is that there should be sufficient wash cloths left in bathroom. There were 3 guests in my room and only 2 face cloths left. One day the tissue container was left empty and there was no toilet tissue left in water closet.

Facility will make sure you have a safe ride from the airport and to the airport if requested. The directions they give are straight forward and they esure your safety is a priority. Staff here is amazing! Hands down will book another trip here when I return to the island. Food options are amazing and tasty! Highly recommended!
