If you prefer a smaller, less crowded resort, this is the place to stay! We loved it. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway for a few days. Most of the staff were great, with the exception of a few who seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Rashai, one of the event coordinators is the best!!! The rooms are very nice and pretty quiet. We had a junior suite with a cabana, which is great to just walk out of your room and hang out in your cabana. Since it's a smaller resort (100 rooms) and they don't have to make as large of portions, the food is much better than what you find at many all-inclusives. The buffet always has fresh fruit and vegetables, and the entrees were always really good. Both the Italian and Jamaican restaurants on the 5th and 6th floors were also very good. We would definitely recommend.

Me and my husband stayed at the S Hotel for our Honeymoon last year 2024 and again this year for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We had an Amazing time both times, the property and rooms are Beautiful!!! My favorite part of the room was the double headed showers. We saw some of the staff from the 1st time this year and they remembered us and we remembered them. It felt like a reunion. The outdoor entertainment was always on point each night. Would recommend.hands down!!!

This hotel was stunning and easy access to the strip! 10 minutes from airport! The staff was AMAZING! Shout out to Deondra, Marlon, RayShay & Joel & the front desk personnels. Very helpful and accommodating. We will sure to be back!

Boutique hotel with maybe 100 rooms. No kids allowed and they don't allow the "foolishness" you tend to witness at other vacation hotels. Mature vibes only. Plenty of amenities, food and entertainment was good.

Front desk staff Kay-La was very helpful. Bartenders and weight staff did an amazing job. Ms. Paula was exceptional in booking our floating breakfast, adding an extra stay & booking our dining reservation. Every part of this resort is great!! It was the experience for me. They are constantly making sure the resort is clean. Only thing i wish was better was more options for food on the menu at the bar and room service. Wish the Jamaican restaurant on the resort was open more we would have loved to have been able to get a reservation there. The buffet was decent each time. Loved the cafe. Loved being able to sit on the balcony and look at the beach and also to walk right to the beach. So much more positives I can see about this resort.

This property surprisingly exceeded my expectations! I had such a great time. I felt very welcomed by all the staff! They were all nice and professional. The property is clean. You always see the staff cleaning. The food was good. I do wish that room service had more options but that encouraged me to get out. The beach was clean. My room had a bit of an odor when you walk in. Not sure what it was. I mentioned it to the cleaning lady. The smell calmed down a bit but was still present. Nothing unbearable however, it was noticeable. Check in was VERY long. I arrived at the hotel at about 3:00. We didn’t get checked in until about 5. It was long! I was exhausted after traveling all day. We had dinner reservations for 6:30. So we only had time to shower and change before heading right back out. If I had to suggest anything it would be to work on that. That irked me a little because I was very tired and expected to be checked in on time or at a reasonable time. To be checked in over 1.5 hours later was torture. There was a manager or staff member who walked by and saw how exhausted we looked. He told front desk to give us a complimentary massage at the spa. That was nice but had it not been for him we wouldn’t have been offered anything. I wish front desk would’ve done something to make it right. This was the only hiccup. After we checked in everything was amazing from here on out. I love this place and will definitely be back!! This place is a gem. I don’t want to share it lol

Great location, less than 10mn drive from the airport, party strip where Margaritaville, club 27/27 is located, the casino and much more. Food options are very good, the pool is warm and cozy, view and access to the beach are amazing. There are stores close to the parking lot where you can buy souvenirs and avoid the hassle of the streets. The staff is top notch. Always available and very friendly which made our stay much more fun.
