Do you guys want a honest review .. Regrettably, my experience at the S resort has left me disappointed, which may cause me to hesitate when considering future travel to Jamaica. I find it surprising that only three restaurants can be booked in advance, and the food portions are inadequate, with a restricted buffet selection. The food at this resort is, unfortunately, a letdown. Additionally, the rooms are not properly cleaned, and the resort's infrastructure is not up-to-date. Staff were friendly putting a big X on jamica due to this resort

I enjoyed the property and the staff. Everyone is very cordial and accommodating. The facility is beautiful, and the beach is breath taking and very accessible. I wish the grill by the bar which is outside by the pool had more food offerings. I wish it was easier to get reservations in the specialty dining restaurants. Find the coffee shop for great coffee drinks and snacks. Also if you like a sauna and hot tub go downstairs to the spa area. The pool area up top is great, and the bar tender was great too. The rooms are nice and ours was maintained well. The food in the buffet is fresh. Loved the tomatoes, they tasted like they were grown in your neighbor's garden. I loved all the rice dishes they served. We did not eat anything that tasted fast food or processed for our entire stay. We physically felt better due to the food we ate while we stayed at S Hotel. The alcoholic beverages were just ok, but Red Stripe beer from the tap with a little salt on the rim was great.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 days at the S Hotel. The staff especially Zaria went above and beyond to make a great relaxing vacation. The food was the best I have ever had at an all inclusive. Even the buffet was top notch. The S Cafe has bottled water, smoothies, delicious deserts and of course coffee. Do try the Rum Balls, so good! Best meal for me was the ox tail at Rootsrock. We would definitely return.

No availability of reservations for restaurants, and no communication before arrival that reservations opened one week prior for restaurants. Poor/lack of communication with management. The manager walked around on her phone all day and did not meet / greet the guest. No towels are available at 9:30 AM for the pool and beach. Staff cleaning the pool and cabanas at 10 AM while guests wait to utilize these amenities. The toilet was running for 4 days before being fixed despite multiple requests for repairs. Mixed service received from staff, some accommodating others were not.

The S Hotel is a nice place to get away. The food is excellent, but seating is limited in the restaurants, so I would recommend getting reservations in advance of a trip. The staff is very friendly and eager to assist. There is a band playing most nights at the pool, so if you go to bed early be prepared. Our room did have several issues like a broken drain in the shower, a broken safe and a thermostat that wouldn't work properly. I still would not hesitate to recommend the property for a nice overall experience.

This was our first time traveling to Jamaica and S Hotel was perfect for us. It was all we could have imagined. The food was great, the whole Hotel was very well maintained. We had no complaints at all. We hope to go back one day!

Beautiful, well maintained property. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the evening entertainment. A couple of nights the singer was REALLY bad. The entertainment is by the pool and really loud so we couldn’t enjoy our balcony on the evenings with the struggling singer.

We had a fantastic time at the S. The food and drinks were great, beach was awesome (really loved the giant trampolines you could swim out to), pools were fab, and room was great. Just loved every single thing about it. Met a lot of nice people. I will say that the staff, outside of management, seemed a bit put upon. Not sure if maybe they are not treated well, but we were sure to tip them. Super close to airport. Bring a snorkle as the snorkeling trips pull up right outside the swimming area at the S's beach. We say rays, gar, and angelfish. The neighborhood outside the resort was very authentic...would just be a bit careful when interacting with the locals. I cannot wait to go back, this place was paradise. I was very pleasantly suprised with the food as it was much better than other all inclusives I've been to. Highly recommend.

Overall, this hotel was amazing! The biggest strike was making us wait an hour and a half after arriving to get into our room. We got there around 3:15 and check in is at 3, but our room wasn't ready until 4:45. After a long day of travel, that was frustrating as we were excited to get settled. Other than that, everything was wonderful. From what I could see, many experienced the same with check in, so that's an area that could be improved since first impressions are important. I would go back again though because we didn't have any other complaints.

The staff were so helpful and lovely. The dining was top notch! I was not expecting such great dining options and everyone was dressed so nice. Bring dresses for nice dining and dancing! The live mousiest was amazing. The property beautiful, snorkeling was amazing. This is a gem of a place. Easy to get around, rooms to beach, dining, drinks, towels, bathrooms, spa… all conveniently located. Tours from the lobby.
