Newly renovated 300 square feet bachelor apartment in the safest, prestigious residential neighborhood of Montego Bay. Steps away from a few restaurants. Only 7-10 minutes drive from famous Hip Strip. 3 min drive to Fairview Plaza with multiple grocery stores, restaurants, movie theater, 24 hour pharmacy, 24 hour doctor.

Very safe and quiet studio with nice patio area. Ideal for relaxation. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen is provided for your convenience. We use high quality imported products (bedding, beach and regular towels).
We have recently installed washer and dryer as well. We believe we provide enough towels and bedding for your stay and will provide weekly housekeeping. Therefore the use of washer and dryer is for your personal use and you would need to get your own detergent.
Please note, this is an ideal space for single and couple guests. It is suitable for 4 people as we want to give travelers opportunity to have more cost effective accommodation, this is still a studio apartment around 300 sqr ft. You will have a limited space to move around if 4 people stay at the property.
In Jamaica outages with providers such as Flow (internet), JPS (electricity), or NWC (water) can occasionally occur. Unfortunately, we do not have a backup system in place, so any disruptions would depend on the providers themselves. There are bottles of water at the apartment in case if water disruption occurs. That water is not for drinking.
According to the community security protocol IDs of all guests and their visitors have to be presented at the gate for records and admission to the property. IDs are recorded electronically and by written registry. Providing the first and last names of yourselves and your guests/visitors in advance is mandatory. This information will be forwarded to the security guard, as non-authorized visitors are not allowed into the complex.
Absolutely no early check ins/late check outs, no luggage drop off/luggage keeping after check out. If early check in is feasible, the cost is $30 USD per early check-in (as early as 1:00 pm Jamaican local time). Late check-outs are not permitted. Guests who remain in the property past check-out time will be charged for an additional night.
Smoking is allowed at the patio.
Chefs are not allowed on the property.
Eating and drinking in the bed is strictly prohibited.
Our property has a maximum occupancy of 3 people, including both registered guests and visitors - we don't allow more than 3 individuals in total at any given time.

Seawind on the Bay Studio offers its guests laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
