The staff was wonderful, place appeared clean at first, in the kitchen I found several long pieces of hair and we were all bald. I found mold on the wall in the second bedroom. The shower in that same bedroom needs work, it was broken.

The good and the bad !

First -the house is beautiful and spotlessly clean ! The neighbors (others that were there) were super nice . We never really knew who we were to get things from or who was responsible to show us anything but always managed to find someone around to ask . Most things we were missing managed to show up but there were other things like toilet paper that never did show ! I’ve been to many VRBO homes in Jamaica and this was the most basically supplied and under managed ! The area was great , the house beautiful and amenities -pool, places to sit , birds etc were all great ! We did however feel lost as we never knew who was looking after the house . We did have a flood in the wall - no fault of anyone and we were given a bottle of wine for our troubles ! The flood was significant but they did dry the clothes that got wet for us ! Overall the house is great, location and amenities great but the house could be better supplied and linens refreshed every 4 or 5 days (was not done for our 10 day stay). This would be a perfect house for short term rental !

We were very pleased with how clean the property is. It is very spacious and comfortable. The hostess, Marsha, was super helpful. One downside is the location as we can hear the cars by the roads at night. My rating would be 4.5 stars out of 5.

This location is very spacious and beautiful!

It was beautifulgated home when I arrive Marsha immediately greeted me at gate to enter. Provided my keys and tour or my unit along with property. Outside landscaping is beautiful from exotic bird kept on site to fish and lastly can’t forget about fresh mango trees. In back you have about 3 deck level pool being on ground with outdoor shower, amd full bar, 2 level a place to lay out in a cabana or seats for tanning and fresh air, top level pool table,grills, outdoor full kitchen, hammock, the hot tub was being installed, also not to mention an amazing view. On inside of every unit yes I seen every unit I requested one from Marsha and she was very happy to do so. Each one is different and they all are beautiful from bedrooms of one room to four all with kitchens,bathroom, and dining.
