This cozy ground-floor holiday home in Acquaviva Montepulciano is perfect for a relaxed getaway with up to 3 guests and their pets. The spacious kitchen includes a fireplace, hob, oven, fridge-freezer, filter coffee machine, dining table, and TV, ideal for cooking and unwinding. The bedroom offers a double bed, a single sofa bed, and a camping cot for flexible sleeping options. A well-appointed bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, and washbasin completes the space, while free Wi-Fi and a high chair add convenience for all.

Outside, the roofed terrace invites al fresco dining, and the shared fenced garden offers furniture, sun loungers, a parasol, barbecue, and a swing set for younger guests. Sie war nicht dort bei der Ankunft, aber das ist nicht so wichtig, aber nicht wirklich Probleme, Englisch zu sprechen .... Das Haus war sehr klein und sehr veraltet. Und es roch nicht, als wäre es gerade poliert worden. Der Pool war auch eiskalt und das mit einer Temperatur von 30 Grad draußen. Mit unserem 9 Monate alten Baby also keine lustige Erfahrung. Um Pool wurde nie voll mit Zweigen und dergleichen gewendet. Für uns also keine lustige Erfahrung und keine Rückkehr.
