Wonderful surroundings, buildings and pools. The staff were attentive and the food just marvellous, both breakfast and evening meals. The only downside for us was that my elderly mother was visiting with us who found it difficult to get about as the buildings and pool are separate, it would have been good to have had an option for mum to be moved around in one of their electrical vehicles, and steps around the villa had no handrails so assistance was always required, but everything else was wonderful.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I got a flat tire the day I was leaving the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to help me get the tire fixed so I could be on my way. The hotel is beautiful and the food was excellent. I also requested a more private room and the staff changed the room for me right away. Highly recommended for beauty, serene peace and quiet

This place is absolutely stunning and tranquil, with many amenities to enjoy. The spa area is fantastic, and the room was spotless. The staff provided excellent service, and breakfast was simply amazing. I wish I had stayed longer. If I return to Tuscany someday, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Incredible stay at this property. The location is amazing close to Multepulteno as well. We did a drive to sienna. we loved the pools. The staff were incredible. The room was clean and spacious. The AC was cold. The food was delicious. The breakfast was amazing the scenery and property itself were phenomenal.

For the price you pay to stay at such a property I would say they need to improve on a few things. The spa was nice but the indoor pool is tiny and doesn’t accommodate lots of guests. There are 4 other outdoor Pools non of which are heated. The wet spa/ steam room wasn’t working. Every time I asked they kept saying 10 mins. I finally gave up. The bar had many scotch bottles that had Less than 1 drink on display. If you can’t make 1 drink or you may have enough for 1-2 drinks you should display it or offer it to guests. The biggest problem of all is the shower setup. They installed plumbing in the showers that takes a certified plumber to work. And the instructions provided were not correct. I spent 40 minutes trying to get hot water to my shower just to get so aggrevated and give up after over 3 calls to the reception that I ended up taking an ice cold shower. Also with no curtain the entire floor and toilet was soaked. Very terrible setup. Worst of all we wasted so much water trying to get this to work. I felt terrible. This should be an immediate fix. It took over 18 mins for the hot water to get to the 4th floor. I can’t even fathom that until now.
